We currently have a select broodmare band of four extremely well bred mares, three of which were sourced from the East Coast. All the mares are of varied heights and come from individual lines of successful and well known show horses and ponies.

Blondie is a 13hh, palomino Riding Pony. She was the first broodmare here at Leeara Park and has had five stunning foals for us. These being: -

2005 Foal: Leeara Park First Edition: (X Rathowen XL) a Palomino gelding who has attained many open wins and in December 2006 (as a yearling) took out Supreme of Supreme exhibit at the UPWBDA Colour Show, against many Royal Show Supreme Champions. Leo then continued his success under saddle at the highest level, being awarded 2009 Champion Ridden Arabian Pony under 14hh at the Arabian Horse of the Year and Runner Up Newcomer Large Pony at the SHC Debutante 2009. Leo was awarded at the 2010 Riding Pony Nationals under judge Joanne Prestwidge, National Champion Childs Pony 12.2 - 13.2hh and then was awarded National Supreme Champion Childs Ridden Riding Pony. He was ridden by the very professional Bronte Monaghan and after only 10mins warmup together, they worked faultlessly. Leo was sold to a wonderful home with Deborah Ferris of New Zealand in mid 2010. Leo has since partnered 8year old Paris to many champion first year riddens, as well as being awarded Supreme Led and Champion 13.2hh Pony at the Auckland Royal Show. We wish them continued success with this amazing pony.

2006 Foal: Leeara Park Royal Petite: (X Royal and Regal of Sefton) a bay filly who is Rolle's first progeny. Lilly attended her first show at a tiny 10 weeks of age at the 2007 Riding Pony Youngstock Show where she was awarded Show Pony Led Foal of the Year. Lilly has gone on to win numerous Supreme Riding Pony titles. In Lilly's first year of competition under saddle she was awarded: - 2010 SHC Debutante Pony of the Year, Runner Up Large Pony - Show Horse Council Classic (GN Qualifier), 2010 EFA Newcomer Large Pony of the Year, 2010 Champion Novice Large Pony - Perth Royal Show, winner of her Open Height 13 - 13.2hh - Perth Royal Show, 1st Riding Pony Mare 13.2hh & under & Reserve Champion Mare - 2010 Perth Royal Show and various other Champions. At the first Grand National Qualifier for 2011, Lilly was awarded Champion Large Pony at the Show Horse Council Classic. Lilly is being retained by the stud.

2007 Foal: Blondie was left empty due to foaling down very late in the season.

2008 Foal: Leeara Park Birthday Girl (X Royal and Regal of Sefton) a palomino filly who is a full sister to LP Royal Petite. Claudia was awarded Riding Pony Foal of the Year 2009 at the Riding Pony Youngstock Show. Claudia has since been sold to Angela and Amy Rowan, where she has gone onto to win many Supreme of Supreme Coloured Exhibits, Supreme Palomino, Supreme Part Welsh and won the Part Welsh Filly 2 & 3 years at the 2010 Perth Royal Show. At the 2011 Perth Royal, Claudia was the winner of the Best Presented Riding Pony, Mare any age and Grand Champion Palomino exhibit. Claudia is now undersaddle and will be out and about competing as a newcomer large pony in 2012.

2009 Foal: Leeara Park Royal Jester (X Royal and Regal of Sefton) a black buckskin colt. Oscar sits beautifully up in front and moves exceptionally. At Oscar's first show he was awarded Supreme Buckskin at the Dilute State Championships and his second show he was 2nd in the Riding Pony Gelding 1 Year at the 2010 Perth Royal Show. Oscar has been sold to Louisa Smith in South Australia where he will be shown to the highest of levels.

2011 Foal: Leeara Park ? (X Royal and Regal of Sefton). Blondie foaled a stunning chesnut colt with lots of chrome on the 12th of October, who we have called "Carter". We look forward to this boy growing up, he has alot of show ring spunk and is sure to be a star. May be offered for sale.

Precious is a 15hh, brown Riding Pony X Thoroughbred. In 2006 she placed 2nd in the Novice Galloway at the Perth Royal Show, as well as Championships at Victoria Agricultural Shows and many local championships here in WA, before being put in foal. Precious has had three beautiful foals for the stud, these being:

2007: Leeara Park Cover Girl (X Royal and Regal of Sefton) a bay filly who was simply stunning, she had the most friendly temperament, easily trainable and her mothers lovely movement. We unfortunately lost Cali in a paddock accident when she was three months old.

2008: Leeara Park Royal Destiny (X Royal and Regal of Sefton) a black / brown filly who is all class. Will be retained by the stud and shown in the 2009 season. Holly was awarded 4th in her Riding Pony Filly Class at the 2009 Perth Royal Show and then Runner Up State Arabian Yearling Riding Pony at the State Arabian Championships. Holly has had the 2010 season to mature and is looking sensational, we endevour to have her broken in over summer and attend some breedshows. Holly has been sold to a lovely new show home with Andrea Carmody.

2010: Leeara Park Casino Royale (X Dresden Ace of Spades) Cupid is a true black colt who is simply amazing. Beautiful turn of front, fantastic movement and the quietest temperament. To mature large galloway.

Bella Darma (ASB)

Bella is approximately 15.3hh, Bay thoroughbred mare. Bella is by the same sire as our very well performed hack 'Perfect By Nature'. She was to be our newcomer for the 2007 season but an unfortunate paddock injury has meant she will now become a brood mare. Bella was a very successful racehorse, winning in Sydney before being bought by Leeara Park. Bella has produce three stunning foals for the stud, these being:

2007: Leeara Park Regal Reflection (X Royal and Regal of Sefton), a bay colt with a star and back hind sock, who has achieved 2nd in his colt class at the 2008 Perth Royal Show, a very leggy and is a very impressive individual. Elvis has had the 2010 season off to mature and will be broken in December 2010. He will be available for purchase in 2011, please register your interest.

2008: Leeara Park Regal Image (X Royal and Regal of Sefton), a bay colt with a star & back hind sock. Austin has the most unbelieveably quiet temperament and has definitely been here before. Possessing a huge, sloping front, fantastic movement and easy trainability. Austin has been sold to Dan and Lauren Buckland. Austin has since be resold to a top show home with Angela and Amy Rowan who also own LP Birthday Girl.

2009: Leeara Park Rock n Roll (X Royal and Regal of Sefton) a black brown colt with a large star. Presley has the most amazing pony face and front for a galloway foal. He is very quiet and super friendly. Presley has been sold to a wonderful home with Celeste Mills. He has been to his first shows where he was awarded Champion Riding Pony & Part Welsh Gelding and was awarded 3rd in the Riding Pony Gelding 1 Year at the Perth Royal Show 2010.

Bella is to be put back in foal to Royal and Regal of Sefton for a 2012 Foal.

Flossy is 12.1hh, liver chesnut Riding Pony. She was purchased to introduce some smaller height into future foals. She has an exceptional temperament, stunning looks and amazing movement. She has had the following three beautiful foals: -

2008: Leeara Park Fairy Wings (X Wendamar Figaro), a chesnut filly who has her mothers amazing movement. She was awarded third place at the Perth Royal 2008. Owned by Raelene and Brooke Anthony, Fairy will be out competing at various breed shows in the 2011 season. Fairy is now broken in and will be out and about competing undersaddle as a small pony in 2012.

2009: Leeara Park Peter Pan (X Royal and Regal of Sefton). Flossy has delivered a beautiful and very teeny tiny chesnut colt on the 19th October. He has a lovely big star, big poppy eyes and devil ears. He is named Harley. Harley has just been awarded Champion Foal of the Show at the recent 2010 Riding Pony Annual Showcase. Harley has been awarded 1st Riding Pony Colt 1 Year and Champion Riding Pony Colt or Stallion (over the 3 year old Colt and Senior Stallion) at the 2010 Perth Royal Show. He has also been awarded Champion Yearling of the Year at the 2011 Riding Pony Youngstock Show under VIC Judge Ms Catherine Bradley. At the 2011 Perth Royal Show Harley once again did not disapoint by winning the Riding Pony Colt 2 & 3 years. He is currently being retained by the stud.

2011: Leeara Park ? (X Royal and Regal of Sefton). Flossy delivered a very petite chestnut filly on the 26th of October. "Polly" as she has been named is identical to her brother Harley, we are so happy she is a filly. This little girl is just beautiful and ever so delicate. Expressions of interest are invited.
